Is this really a naturally occurring gourd or one of the less well known, or publicly displayed, parts of the Jolly Green Giant… No wonder he’s laughing all the time if this is what he’s got in his pants. If it isn’t the King Dong of Gourds, I don’t know what is.

I picked this quince the other day and stewed it with some apples… I thought the little nobule made it look like it had a nose and a smiley face, perhaps, with the merest hint of a ‘tache.

As you can see from the picture, it doesn’t appear to be too worried about being eaten. It was very tasty, too.
