Today we have Lea Alissa to thank for these smashing pictures of spuds which look like willies!

Says Lea

“I stumbled upon these on the net… ‘Not sure if they will appear clear on your site though…”

Have no fear Lea, they certainly do! Thank you for sending them in!

Enjoy!

Is the Carrot half complete or half incomplete..?

Hmm… I imagine it depends how you view the world!

My thanks goes out to Peter Bailey for this strange and wonderful demi-carrot.

“This is the way it came from the garden. I just washed the dirt off. There was no other half in the ground.” Says Peter.

Here, then, with a complexion which calls to mind a dire sun bed accident or a spray-on tan which has gone badly wrong, I give you Peter’s demi-carrot. I include photographs of both sides for your fascination…

Thank you Peter – and my apologies for the delay in posting. I have been morning sick. Everyone else, enjoy…

Here is another smashing submission from our friend Risto, who has been industriously growing mutant vegetables all year!

Thank you Risto.

“This truly horrible looking alien parsnip beamed down to our veggie patch yesterday.”

Yikes!  Are those mouth parts in the middle there?

“We refuse to eat it as it’s probably emerged from John Hurt’s stomach.”

Quite so.  Yuk!  We don’t know what he’s been eating!

Whatever happened to the Jolly Green Giant?

Is this really a naturally occurring gourd or one of the less well known, or publicly displayed, parts of the Jolly Green Giant… No wonder he’s laughing all the time if this is what he’s got in his pants. If it isn’t the King Dong of Gourds, I don’t know what is.

Hmm… well… enjoy.

Gourd?
